Snakes and Shanti is a small business, a one-woman show, I try my very best to have most orders shipped the next business day.

At times this can be difficult so please be understanding in the rare circumstance that times may vary. Please allow 2 - 5 business days of you placing your order for you order to be shipped.  

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. 

 

Snakes and Shanti is located in Australia and all order are shipped from here.

Shipping within Australia

$5 (AUD)  FLAT RATE - REGULAR POST via AUSTRALIA POST 

 Once shipped please allow approximately 2 - 7 business days for standard shipping. 

 Free shipping over $100 Australia

 

Shipping - New Zealand 

$10 (AUD) FLAT RATE via AUSTRALIA POST 

Once shipped please allow approximately 3 - 10 business days for Express shipping. 

 Free shipping over $100 New Zealand 

 

Shipping internationally

$20 AUD (approx $13.5 USD)  FLAT RATE  via AUSTRALIA POST  

Snakes and Shanti ship internationally via airfreight.

Once shipped please allow approximately 2 - 4 weeks for shipping. 

Every country has different arrival times.

 Free shipping over $200 International

 

There are currently delays in some countries due to worldly matters. 

 

International Taxes & Duties 

When shipping internationally all applicable custom or import fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.  

The customer/recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

Unfortunately I have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

IMPORTANT INFORMTION:

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER 

Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address when checking out.

All Tracking numbers and sent via email, once your items has been shipped.

I do not have control over whether your order gets stuck in customs/sort facilities both within Australia and internationally. 

If you wish to purchase shipping insurance for your order, please contact me prior to completing your order. This will be an extra charge for customer according to location. 

If your order gets returned to Snakes and Shanti because of wrong address or failure to collect the item, you will have to pay for the re-postage cost.

If your order is not collected and or import charges not paid for by receiving customer, your order will be returned to Snakes and Shanti. Once the order is returned/received, the customer will then be contacted to arrange reshipment (including new reshipment charges) or refund if applicable. Refund will not include shipping cost due to shipping charges due to shipping returns cost that Snakes and Shanti will incur.
