Once shipped, please allow approximately 3–10 business days for delivery.

United States (DHL Express – DDP)

$20 USD FLAT RATE

Once shipped please allow approximately 7–21 business days for delivery.
All duties and taxes are covered by us (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) so there are no surprise fees on arrival.

Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracking number. Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. You can track via auspost.com.au (and for US DHL shipments, via dhl.com).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

USA: Duties & taxes are fully covered by Snakes and Shanti (DDP shipping).
All other international destinations: Any local import duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local customs authority and vary from country to country.

Delays, Insurance & Returns to Sender

Snakes and Shanti has no control over delays caused by customs, carriers, or sort facilities.
If you would like to add shipping insurance, please email info@snakesandshanti.com before completing your order. This will incur an extra charge depending on your location.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or unpaid charges (where applicable), you will be contacted to arrange reshipment (new shipping fees apply) or a refund. Refunds exclude the original shipping cost and any return charges incurred by Snakes and Shanti.
