RETURNS & REFUND POLICY –
Please choose your Snakes and Shanti items carefully as we do not refund purchases but will happily exchange your order.
Refunds are issued if item is deemed faulty.
Refunds are only given for faulty item’s that have been inspected and approved for refund.
If you receive your item(s) and the sizing is unsuitable, upon availability an exchange for a alternative size or style is possible.
The policy last for 14days from when the customer receives the item.
Items can be exchanged for size, colour or style.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, please email info@snakesandshanti.com before sending the item back. The purchasers full name and order number must be referenced in the email.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where exchanges and refunds will not be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery for Australian customers and 30 days for international customers.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.
It is recommended to use a tracking shipping service when returning your item and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as Snakes and Shanti are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the post.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
- All Sale items are final, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Once Snakes and Shanti has received your package, your refund/return will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email outlining your refund/credit note/ exchange confirmation.
