Thank you Mothers

I dedicate this blog to my mother — the one who never doubted me, even when I doubted myself, she's always there pushing me to follow my dreams..A photo of me and mum on our homeland in the bush in Australia.

A current photo of out little wooden house, completely off grid.

It was just the two of us growing up, our small family of 2.

Over the years, we’ve grown closer and closer — a bond built through adventure, challenge, and a whole lot of love.

We lived a life in the bush in a completely off-grid, wooden home. Solar-powered, no internet, limited TV. We cooked with gas, bathed in solar-heated water, and lived in rhythm with nature

My childhood was anything but ordinary: road trips, music festivals, camping under the stars.

Snakes and Shanti was born from that world — a seed planted long ago, watered by years of DIY, daydreams, and self-taught sewing and pattern making.

Thank you, Mum, for the magic you wove into my childhood. You didn’t just raise me — you inspired me.
